Mimi Wethers Smith is the “Mix Master” of MARDI GRAS MADNESS. For over 20 years, these savory blends of herbs and spices have been seen only in the kitchen cupboard of her family and encouraging friends. “Everyone knew not to ask for my recipe. People would always ask if they could take a little home and I would always just share the love! It took all those years of literally pouring into people, for me to wake up and recognize that the spices had become an essential ingredient in everyone’s favorite recipes.”
In December of 2013 Mimi decided to spread her entrepreneurial wings by taking a leap of faith and she launched Mardi Gras Madness as a Christmas gift idea. “I was amazed at the overwhelming response to the idea and now I’m busy keeping up with the demand for the “Madness!”
Mardi Gras Madness is located in Los Angeles. While other manufacturers may offer a Creole Seasoning product, there is nothing that even comes close to experiencing the taste of Mardi Gras Madness!"
